Create a Sprint Account with Sprint App
- Open the Sprint App.
- On the welcome screen, select Get a Sprint Account ID.
- Enter your registration information and select Sign In.
- Enter the code from the SMS sent to your mobile device and select Next.
- Please note: that if you register from your mobile device, the app may automatically verify your phone number.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.

Create a Sprint Account with Browser Sprint.com
- Go to MySprint.com and select Register.
- Enter your information and select Sign In.
- Email Verification Instructions: A 6-digit verification code sent to the email address provided during activation. Alternatively, you can have the code sent to another email address.
- Phone Verification Instructions: A 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile phone number. Selecting Send to another number will register the number the code was sent to rather than the number that started the registration process.
- Account PIN Verification Instructions: Use the Account PIN/Passcode set during activation.
- Biometrics Verification: Sprint apps and biometric credentials such as Face ID and fingerprint recognition.
- Select Next and follow the instructions on the screen to complete registration.

What you’ll need to get started:
- Account Owners will need to have the billing ZIP code and the account PIN or the answer to the account security question. If you forgot the PIN, we can send you a one-time passcode during registration.
- To register as a device used instead of an account owner, you’ll need to have your device handy in order to receive a text message.
Sign up for access to sprint.com:
- Go to sprint.com. Click Sign in. Then click Create my profile.
- Enter your phone number.
- Next, Verify your identity. Complete one of the three options:
- Account Owners, Enter my Sprint PIN number – Enter your billing ZIP code and PIN to create an Account Owner profile.
- Account Owners, Answer my security question OR send me a retrieval code – Complete one of these:
- Answer your security question – Enter your billing ZIP code, and the last 4-digits of the account holder’s SSN and answer the security question.
- Retrieval code – Enter your billing ZIP code and the last 4-digits of the account holder’s SSN. Once your account is verified, you will be allowed to register as an account owner.
- Device users, Someone else pays the bill, so I don’t need to see billing info – Once your device is verified, you will be allowed to see your device information, plan information, minutes used, and data usage.
- Next, create your username, and password, and enter your email address. Then select Finish.
- Your email address will be used to notify you when changes are made to your profile or to retrieve your password if you forget it. We’ll also use it to confirm your sign-up for sprint.com.
- Congrats! You are done when you see the Success page. You may either:
- Click Sign in to My Sprint and directly access your online profile; or
- Retrieve the email we sent you. You don’t have to do this now but it is required for the second sign-in.
Note: For Home Internet customers who have not provided an email address for service notifications and have not received a paper invoice, or have canceled all subscriptions to a non-Home Internet Sprint account. , Home Internet customers who are no longer able to log in must opt-out. Customer Service at 1-866-275-1411 will provide an email address to register for a Sprint Account ID.
Sprint Account Troubleshooting

Email Already Registered Error
This error occurs if you have already registered your previous Sprint Account ID account or email address.
- Try using your previous Sprint Account ID email address and current password.
- Do not Sing up using your Mobile Number.
- After logging in, you will be asked to link your number to your Sprint Account ID.
- If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot Password.
- A confirmation link will be sent to the email address you used to sign up.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Security questions require pre-determined answers to be provided.
- Enter your mobile phone number at the shortcut prompt.
- A confirmation link will be sent to the email address you used to sign up.
- You should now be logged into Sprint. Access.com using the email address or phone number associated with your Sprint Account ID.
- If you are unable to complete a given step due to an error or you forgot to answer your security question, please contact us.
Sprint Account Login failed
If you have trouble signing in, do not use your bookmarks/favorites to access your Sprint account online, manually enter the website address and try again. please. - Enter your login name or mobile number.

Sprint offers multiple options for account security to keep your account secure by adding an extra layer of protection for your online login.
Password
It’s good practice to change account passwords every few months, and we require that you change your Sprint Account ID password once a year.
- Must be between 8-50 characters.
- Must include at least 1 number.
- Must include at least 1 letter.
- Can’t contain spaces.
- Can include these special characters: ~ @ # $ % ^ & * () / : ; ? , . <> !
- Must be different from your last five passwords.

Password Requirements

Update or reset your password
- When prompted to change your password, update the password so that you don’t get locked out of your account.
- If your phone has a compatible biometric scanner (such as Touch ID or Face ID), you can use it on the Sprint app so you can sign in securely without having to remember your password.

No worries! Select Forgot Password? on MySprint.com, and follow the prompts to reset it.
Two-step verification
- Two-step verification requires you to pass an additional verification step when signing into your account.
- There is a 24-hour delay between changing your two-step verification settings, and those settings becoming active. During that delay, call 1-866-275-1411 for authentication.
- When Always Require is set to ON, you’ll be required to complete a second verification method every time you log in.
- This requires a two-step verification setup.
- Sprint reserves the right to initiate two-step authentication at any time to keep your account secure.
Two step-verification options
After setting up the two-step verification during registration, you can also use these methods to authenticate:
- Security questions: Allows you to set security questions to confirm your identity.
- SMS: Allows you to confirm your identity by text message to your Sprint Account ID.
- Fingerprint or FaceID for two-step verification if you have the Sprint app installed.
- Google Authenticator
- Google Authenticator app, available to Android 2.1 and iOS 3G and newer devices, is required as a part of a two-step verification setup.
- To disable this option, select No thanks.
- Once Google Authenticator is set up on your Sprint Account ID, you can complete two-step verification using the Google Authenticator app instead of SMS, Fingerprint, or FaceID.
